New bills in MN Legis. SF 131/HF 176
The bill referred to in the MNCOGI board meeting minutes for Jan. 22, 2007, is SF 131/HF 176. The Senate author is Sen. Don Betzold and the House author is Rep. Paul Thissen. You can see the text of the bills by going to http://www.leg.state.mn.us/leg/legis.asp and entering the bill number in the appropriate box.
I have made contact with one of the lobbyists who is supporting the bill and have asked for a meeting to learn more. As I have more information, I will let everyone know.
